DSCR Loans Maryland is a brand of Loan Daddy LLC (NMLS #2827624), a mortgage broker. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders, who make all credit decisions and fund loans. Submitting a request does not create a loan application with any lender until you complete that lender's process.
Business-purpose loans only
The site and our services are for business-purpose financing of non-owner-occupied investment property. You agree to provide accurate occupancy information. We do not arrange loans for personal, family or household use.
